1. We offer the Rapid COVID-19 Antigen test with same day results.
2. Real time PCR COVID-19 test, Result within one hour.

What is the cost?

1. The cost of the PCR test is $130.00
2. You must have a Driver License.

What is required, and is Insurance accepted?

1. No appointment is required, walk-in is welcome.
2. Digital insurance cards can be emailed to UC@longwoodMedicalGroup.com

Is an appointment required, and what are the hours?

1. No, It is walk-in.
2. Monday through Friday 8:30 AM through 4:30 PM.

What ages do we test?

1. 1 year of age and up.
2. Call your Pediatrician for ages younger than 1 year old.

What do I need to bring with me?

1. Photo ID.
